3. User Accounts
Some of our Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Madoeh reserves the right to disable any user account if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms.
4. Payment Terms
Fees for our Services are outlined in our service agreements and on our website. All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.
Payment terms, including due dates, acceptable payment methods, and late payment penalties, will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, payment is required in advance for coaching sessions, workshops, and fixed-fee services.
For ongoing services, we may offer monthly, quarterly, or annual billing options. Subscription services will automatically renew unless canceled according to the terms specified in your service agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided by Madoeh, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of Madoeh or its content suppliers and are protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
Clients may use materials provided during coaching sessions or workshops for personal or internal business purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from Madoeh.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided by clients regarding our Services may be used by Madoeh without any obligation to compensate the client, and the client grants Madoeh a perpetual, irrevocable license to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation.
6. Confidentiality
Madoeh respects the confidentiality of client information and agrees not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information shared during the provision of our Services, except as required by law or with the client's explicit consent.
Clients agree not to disclose confidential information about Madoeh's business practices, methodologies, or proprietary tools to third parties without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Madoeh provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Madoeh does not warrant that:
- The Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
- The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Investment and business decisions involve risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Clients should conduct their own due diligence and consult with appropriate professionals before making investment decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Madoeh and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
In no event shall Madoeh's total liability to you for all claims, damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to Madoeh for the Services during the six (6) months prior to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the Services in accordance with the terms specified in individual service agreements. Generally, services may be terminated with written notice as outlined in your agreement.
Madoeh reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
11. Changes to Terms
Madoeh reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website with the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of significant changes to these Terms via email or through notices on our website.
